1. The shop is owned by Telkob Krzysztof Kobus whith its site in Otwock 05-402, ul. Sienkiewicza 13B

2. Making an order equals accepting the conditions  of our regulations.

 

Accepting and finilising orders

 

1. To make an order you are required  to fill in the 'order form' found on our shop pages

2. If the information in the form is incoplete the order will be valid

3. All orders are confirmed by e-mail or phone contact

4. Purchased goods are delivered to the adress specified in the order form

5. The customer has right to choose the way of delivery as specified in the order form.

Guarantee and complaints

 

1. In the situation of complaint please contact our shop by e-mail or the phone

2. Goods that are faulty or have factory defects are replaced with new ones provided that it has

   been claimed within 4 working days starting with the  delivery day ( then all the additional postal 

   fees are covered by Telkob Company )

3. The buyer has the right to send the product back within 10 working days starting with the  

   purchase date. At the same time we kindly inform you that to finalise  the return you are obliged to

   contact our seller beforehand

4. In the situation of goodsreturn your money is given back by Western Union or bank transfer on

   the account specified by the buyer.

   IMPORTANT! The money is given back for good, not for additional postal or banking fees. 

5. When the complaint has not been justified or the good has been damaged by the customer, the

    customer is obliged to cover all the additional costs.
